- 1976 – Relocation to purpose-built, company-owned premises in Hettlicher Masch, Osnabrück/Fledder, occupying 800 square metres. The move coincided with the initial assembly and manufacture of medium-voltage switchgear equipment.
- 1988 – The existing building was extended to add a further 500 square metres of floor space, by now providing room for 60 employees.
